PractWorks had a wonderful tech stack. A generative AI driven teaching platform that focuses on actual paper and pen practice.
They wanted to boost daily usage, engage students and improve the overall UX.
A great platform with basic UI, flat visuals, and not the best look and feel.
Every workflow worked, but nothing about the experience invited students to come back every day.

We ran a detailed competitor analysis to understand the market and what we could do to make sure PractWorks could reach its full potential.
We looked into every workflow, every screen on both the web application and the mobile app to ensure we tracked every task flow.
BLU was powerful. A generative AI guide to help with the learning. We brought him to the forefront and gave him a makeover.
BLU went from being a guide on the sidelines to being the mascot, a friend and a teacher who motivates and encourages you all the way.
